This was my first home buying experience. I tend to be through and well researched prior to most decisions (big or small). I read up on the market, various programs for first time home buyers and what to expect when making my first purchase in real-estate. Alex was able to take most of my questions past the point of answering them and help me understand not only what was going to happen, but why. He was able to empower me to make he right choice for myself, I truly appreciate the great service

Kathleen was very thorough and clear with answering my questions & was readily available when additional questions arose. She worked quickly and helped us get to our closing date earlier than first predicted. I can’t compliment Kathleen without saying the same for Matt(assistant). My only issue was not with Kathleen but with the website and uploading documents. I did have to repeatedly upload documents and eventually was able to securely email them in when the website was not working for us.
