Great guy and company to work with, explained everything and works likes he is on a mission!!! I'm self employed so three previous lenders let me down, but Greg at ICG didn't!!!

Thank you for being so attentive and willing to answer questions. You even answered emails late on weekends (which I didn't expect), which shows dedication to the customer. You made the process feel easy and took much of the stress out which only helps!

Jon provides customer service that goes above and beyond your typical service! Jon was incredibly helpful and resourceful when I ran into some hiccups with my closing. Thanks to being incredibly resourceful and well-connected, he was able to find a solution quickly and we were able to make it to closing! I cannot recommend Jon highly enough!
