Kathleen was fantastic. Not only was she always either available or quickly accessible, but she was very thorough. She didn’t mind taking as much time as needed to answer all my questions and explain every option I had. I thought that working with a lender would be the worst part of the first-time homebuyer process, but I never felt overwhelmed or confused working with Kathleen.

I highly recommend Jon Wald for any mortgage/refinancing needs. As a Real Estate professional he has always helped by buyers flawlessly through the loan process. I started with another lender and when they couldn't do what needed to be done, Greg came in and not only got the job done but he worked so hard that we even closed 5 days sooner. Greg made the loan process super easy. He sent me a list of what I need to start the process. Once I was able to gather all the information I sent it back to him mostly in email, which was extremely convenient. And everything I needed to sign was through the docusign. Words can not express how happy I am for making the change to Greg to help me with my loan. If it wasn't for him I would still be on my friends couch. So THANK YOU GREG AND YOUR TEAM FOR MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE!!!
