Everytime we spoke to Lou or anyone from the company they were very professional, they explained everything to where we understood. They always answered all our questions and they always called in and checked in to make sure we were doing ok throughout the loan process.

Lou and the team communicated with us constantly via calls, texting, email and platform notes. They were always available in the early morning, evening, and even on the weekends. They always answered my questions and made sure we fully understood their answers as well as their requests. They also made sure to communicate important information to our realtor. When buying your first home, it can be nerve racking and unsettling. Lou and his group were awesome. Jess was I on top of keeping the documents updated and answering any questions I might have had. Lou was always available at anytime, including after hours.
