Todd , is absolutely the best in the business ! This is not just coming from an average homebbuyer. I was the number real estate broker in the entire country in 2007 closing 1038 transactions . There is not a week that goes by that I don’t brag about him to another broker , buyer or another mortgage consultant asking for my business . As busy as Todd is no matter what he takes everyone’s call . He knows the loan products better than anyone he knows which loan matches best with a buyers needs .

From the very first day of contacting Doug Brown, he was very friendly and there for myself and my wife. He went out of his way to help us with any issues or questions he had. He would even help us on his own time if we needed him. He is very knowledgeable and gives fantastic advice. I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about buying a house, or re-financing a home.
