The loan officer I worked with did an amazing job talking me through not only the loan process for house, but also offered guidance on things to look at for within my house search, was very conscientious about my budget for furnishing and really helped me as a first time home-buyer through the end-to-end process. Her communication cadence was excellent and really helped me to stay on top of the requests for documents while also clarifying any questions that came up along the way. An amazing experience through and through.
