I am very overwhelmed by the dedication, hard work and caring nature of Svetlana, Kyle and everyone at this mortgage company! I would recommend them to everyone. My personal story that sticks in my mind the most is how Svetlana came to my house and personally met the Notary for my signing on closing day to make sure closing would STILL HAPPEN that day and to deliver the docs.
The other thing is how Kyle kept in contact with me and down to the last moment of recording it, there was a bump in the road that had nothing to do with the mortgage company, and they got it settled and closing happened! This is definitely the place to apply for a mortgage! You are NOT just a number with them, they take time to talk to you and care!
