Kim was honest and helpful at every turn. This is a stressful process for most people and she did her best, along with her team, to make it as easy and fast as possible. There are a lot of hoops to jump through and Kim was there to help explain everything that was happening and also to use her experience and knowledge to keep me calm and as worry free as possible.
I would definitely use Kim again and I would recommend her to anyone who needed a mortgage person.
