Kim is amazing and picked up the slack when the realtors dropped the ball. She stayed in constant communication with me, answering my questions and proactively looking down the road to foresee potential problems, coming up with solutions in time for me to close a few days early. I ALWAYS felt like she was on my side and had my back. She helped what could have been a very stressful experience to turn out well and now I am a proud new/first time homeowner.
