Jim was amazing, his communication was unparalleled. He went above and beyond with helping me understand what my payments were to be and to whom I was to make them to. He took a very in-depth process with paper work that is confusing to a first time home buyer and made it very easy to understand. Jim made me feel very comfortable from the first time we sat down together to the day of settlement. His time line and projected settlement date was spot on, I highly recommend Jim Conway.
