Ida was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to our questions and very thorough, we knew we were in good hands. Ida was wonderful about advising us when to lock in our rate and because of that we got a wonderful interest rate. She also helped us remember to send in our documents when we would not get them back in a timely manner. Once we got to settlement we knew we had everything we needed and it would go smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
