I have to admit I was very hesitant about refinancing our loan online and not doing it in person with an organization near us but Victor's experience and professionalism throughout the process made it seem easy - which I know it wasn't. We were traveling and he did everything in his power to help get our loan closed from whatever location we were at and always responded instantly to our millions of questions.
