I've used Victor and his company twice for my refi needs. Even though I was on the west coast, Victor was always there to answer my questions when needed and eased my nerves during the loan process. Always knowledgeable, gets rid of those loan obstacles with a "I'll get to done for you, no worries" and he's true to his words. Committed from beginning to end. I would recommend him to anyone that wants their loan completed when promised.

Victor assisted me in a VA refinance to cashout of my mortgage.I told him my situation and but didn’t think that he would be able to help. Against all odds, Victor quickly went to work and got an appraisal on my property then aggressively worked with the lender to get he the money needed to consolidate my debt. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. A Victor is a true professional…I definitely would go through him for another loan and definitely recommend Victor to anyone seeking a home mortgage.

Despite being in the Pacific NW, Victor was able to accommodate my questions and provide assistance in a manner that adjusted to "my schedule." Victor provided updates on every turn, and gave simple, clear explanations on what saves you the most money. Never once did Victor feel out of reach, and was a fantastic coach through the re-finance process.

Being a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect regarding the process of aquiring a loan. Victor was always 100% on the ball and available nearly immediately at literally ANY time of day or night. He made the process seamless and stress free by providing step by step guidance and support during the entire process.
