Victor negotiated two (2) refinances on my home within one (1) year. The significance of this is that he took the initiative on the second one in our best interest to gain a lower interest rate. I was unaware of the opportunity and he could have let it slide and worked with other clients. He carried the ball the whole way and I always felt comfortable that he had our back.Eighteen months have now passed and Victor contacted us out of the blue to say he thinks he can lower our rate 1/2 a point. We have been very satisfied and not in the market. Victor could have spent his time with someone else but he reached out to us for our benefit. This is certainly a welcome rarity in any business. I recently had the pleasure of working with Victor on financing my first house. He made the process fast and easy for me. Not only did Victor help me with the financing aspect, he also worked seamlessly with my realtor and the title company. I'm a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and i'm writing this review in hopes other Veterans might read this and also to thank Victor Anatolyevich Yefremenko. I was home and my phone rang and on the other end was a Gentleman name Victor. He ask me if i ever consider doing a refinance on my home and if i was a Veteran, i told him i'm a Veteran and at the time i was indeed in need to refinance my loan. He told me he could help me. This all started in july and during the refinancing process Victor showed me the utmost respect as a Veteran and thank me more than once for my service. If other people would respect our Veterans as much as Victor has me during this process this would be a better world for all of us. After about 120 e-mails and dozens of phone calls between myself and Victor putting together all necessary documents and with Victor's Professionalism and Knowledge of the refinancing process i have received the GREATEST DEAL i thought was impossible to get. I have enjoyed working with Victor and two of his Greatest Attributes in my opinion is he NEVER gives up on you and he NEVER stops working for you. My loan was final on 9-11-15 and again Victor thank you for your hard work and if any Veterans might read this call Victor if you need to refinance and i assure you your life will be better as mine is today thanks to Victor. We've been trying to buy a house for 3 years but never had enough money for the standard 20% down payment. I am self-employed and when I called Vic he was very encouraging but the burden of proof is very much on you! He is very good at getting back to you with any questions that you have!
