Had a great experience working with Jerry from Primary Residential Mortgage. He explained things thoroughly and clearly, was quick to get things done, and was available to answer any questions I had. He saved us quite a bit of money as well. Our closing costs were just a little higher than expected, but he was able to "buy down" to a lower rate for us. So we might've paid a bit more up front, but it'll save so much more in the long run. I'd definitely recommend going through Jerry!

Amanda was professional and on top of everything. She made sure I was aware of everything I needed for closing and kept me appraised of everything as it happened. Communication is obviously one of her strengths and, as a first time homebuyer, it put me at ease.
