With Cathy my concerns and problems were heard and resolved in a timely manner. I am a first time home buyer and has no idea what to expect going in to buying my home. With my home being a VA foreclosure thing got difficult and stressful. Thanks to Cathy my nerves were settled fast and in a hurry. She also took the time to advocate for me on closing cost and those responsible. In my case the other party was refusing to pay any cost but with Cathy’s expert skills she was able to talk them in to paying part of my cost. I truly felt like she cared about me and making sure I was getting the best deal possible.
