All I can say is that Dave and Nataly made the process so painless and fast. I would recommend Dave to anyone seeking speed. Dave has an excellent communication skills and kept all of us including the realtor informed. He also got very high score from the realtors both my side and sellers side. He was very quick to respond to inquiries and was always on top of keeping everyone updated on the process.

Dave was outstanding. He explained the entire process to me step by step and made things easy for me to understand. He was so understanding and patient. He was efficient and worked diligent to get my loan approved and processed. He was in communication with me almost on a daily basis, ensuring that everything got processed in a timely manner, which it did. Not only did Dave help me with my refinance process, he also assisted me with improving my credit score. I am forever thankful to him.

I was referred to Dave DeSousa by my real estate agent. I was a first-time home buyer, and Dave held my hand and walked me through the loan process step-by-step. We started out with an FHA loan because we had a very small down payment. Since our initial purchase Dave has helped us refinance three times, each time with a lower interest rate and less mortgage insurance. Our interest rate has gone down by half a percent; our mortgage insurance has been reduced by 70%, and most importantly, our monthly payment has gone down by 20% in the time I have worked with Dave. I know Dave is very much in demand and has a large number of clients, but he has a special way of making me feel like I am his only client! He always responds to e-mails immediately and always picks up the phone. I know he cares about me and my family's financial situation in a very genuine way. I would recommend Dave to anyone purchasing a home, and I will always turn to Dave with any future needs in this arena. He is an 12-star (out of 10) mortgage broker!!
