Dave is a wealth of knowledge. This wasn't the first house my wife and I bought, but it was the first house we bought with Dave. Wish we had worked with him the first time around! Dave is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. I felt comfortable asking him questions about the process, what to expect, and what our options were. While the entire process of buying a house is stressful and tedious, working with Dave was a joy and I look forward to working with him again.
