I can't recommend Dave and the whole team at PrimeRes highly enough. He was so helpful and attentive every step of the way. He really moved mountains for us to get the deal done. We were first time home buyers and he was incredibly patient, gracious, and thoughtful in walking us through the process. He never pushed us or tried to sell us on anything. Most importantly, there was not one time in the several months we worked with him where we could not get in touch with him. He was there to answer every question and explain every nuance. We had some unique complications come up on a couple of properties and Dave was there every time to fight for us. I watched friends go through huge headaches with big bank lenders who did not perform on time and jeopardized the sale. I was thankful to never have to worry about that with Dave. He values the working relationship above all else. I would unequivocally recommend anyone to give him a call and let him earn their trust and business. He will.
