Dave works to establish trust and a good relationship. He worked with me to answer all of my naive questions in a patient way that was easy to understand. I've learned a ton working with Dave. I'm still looking for the home of my dreams, but with Dave's lending guidance I go into every showing armed with an amazing amount of information that I wouldn't have otherwise!

Dave is so helpful, he always response very quickly and patient, whenever I have question, he'll find out the answer and try best to help! He also like a teacher, explained all the financial terms in simply words to us, make sure we understand, I really appreciated about this.
