I understand that buyer disclosers have become more stringent but the reduntant required information is out of hand.Your told that no more signitures or paperwork are required but then a few days before closing your told more documentation is required creating a lot of stress.lt seems that both sides are then scrambling to get to the signing table. A more streamline approach is needed.You're told that the the info is needed promptly but then it's hurry up and wait with whoever.
