I was very worried about the interest rate all the time but almost at the end of the process about to do the closing loan for the house I was very surprise that the interest rate went down and that make me very happy... and also the whole team very polite all the time and kept me informed of everything... David Epstein was helpful in our mortgage process. He facilitated rate agreements between myself and the bank. However I feel his team hurt the overall process. Mr
Coven came off as deceptive, pretending he was helping me get my best rate, when other banks were ready to give me a half a percent lower. Mr. Epstein worked to alleviate that issue and I continued my process with them solely based on his efforts. Be more competitive in your rates from the get go. Listen to your customers.
