Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful in the house buying process. However, communication was a major deficit. It seemed like everyone involved was not on the same page and info was provided last minute to us. A simple reply all for emails would have helped to at least keep my wife and I on the same page throughout the day to day. Similarly keeping everyone working on the mortgage in the same email chain would have prevented a lot of confusion and last minute rushing.

If we weren't pressured at the last second to retrieve items while we were at work in order to get things done this would have been less stressful. This seems to be the problem with most lenders they wait until the last minute to ask for additional paperwork especially after you have been told that the lender has everything they need or they miss place personal information and ask over and over for the same paperwork and information.
