Hi, the service was not bad we just feel that it was not much done for us in the financing process. work around and offer other options for our loan was not too flexible. We often needing to reach out to check on the status etc. Al and Michele were on point every time we were trying to get answers and even available after regular business hours. Thank you.

Overall David (and Dana) were professional and pleasant. They were available and responsive to all our inquiries. The main issue that impacted our experience negatively is lack of guidance about the timing /process to lock interest rate. We ended up with higher rate than originally quoted due to poor communication.
