Nayibe is exceptional at customer service she is very professional and extremely quick answering any questions or concerns that I have. She has a great amount of knowledge and is very eager to be of assistance during the entire process, does not get tired of answering all of my silly questions. I will recommend her highly to anybody that is in the process of buying or refinancing their home.
