When purchasing your first home, it is important that communication is key. I must say that Nayibe went above and beyond when communicating to my wife and I any and everything needing attention. She is a true professional with charisma, patience and encouragement. Purchasing a home can be a rollercoaster of emotions and at times even worrisome. But, Nayibe had a way of a communicating that all was under control and that we were indeed heading in the right direction. If I had to do it all over again, I would, as long as Nayibe is our loan originator. Nayibe made our first time home buying experience more special and it was truly a pleasure. I recommend her to anyone looking for a loan originator but not only that. I recommend her to anyone looking for someone who has the capability to understand, listen and reason with the client. My wife and I are grateful for the experience in having had Nayibe part of it at such a transitional point in our lives. Thank you Nayibe for everything and much more. She made herself available to accommodate my busy schedule and she followed through with every commitment that she made! Because of her great service I was able to lock in a very competitive interest rate and the closing of my home was a success!
