She Always new the answers to my questions. Even when she was on vacation she took the time to assist me. She was able to help me solve a fraud credit card that was on my credit report. Something that I wasn't aware of. She gave me the number to call right away.

Nothing but good things to say about Mrs. Betancourt . She was very helpful getting me pre approved and always available. She guide us the the whole process which made the whole experience much better . I highly recommend her to anyone.
