Scott is a consummate professional and worked hard to make the application process understandable and doable, through providing expert advice and moral support. I was going through the final stages of a troublesome divorce and recovering from a near fatal automobile crash. Scott was patient with my distractions and encouraging. He deserves a platinum star!
