Our mortgage experience with Rene Finzi I was introduced to Rene by my realtor who highly recommended him and his services. As a first time homebuyer I was new and suspicious of the process. I was originally pre-approved by my local bank that later advised I was not approved due to how my income was being reported. I was very surprised and even tried getting approved with another bank that I had an account with and was told something similar. Rene Finzi provided a number of lending solutions and was part of the process until the very end. I cannot say the process was stress free & I can admit I lost hope in several occasions as additional issues came up; however, he remained involved w the realtors, seller, title company even after changing firms to be sure my goal of buying the property was successful.
