Looking to refinance my home I went to Rene as we used their company in the past. Renee laid out several options for me and the pros and cons of each. In the end it was as simple as submitting a few documents and forms through a portal and waiting on my nearly daily updates from Renee. I was never left to wonder what was going on as I had proactive calls from Rene. In this time of Covid it was nice to be able to stay home and not get dressed up to go have to handle a refinance everything was done over the phone or through the portal. On closing day, they came I signed the documents and we were finished. Now I have a lower payment and cash for my new pool!
