I had the great privilege of working with Mr. Rene Finzi. From the beginning upon looking to purchase a unique piece of property that really required an absolute professional in the business, Rene let me know that he could get me the loan I needed to acquire this "dream property". I had previously been to banks and spoken to other lenders. Once in contact with Rene, I knew he was the person who could get this done for me and he did just that. It would be difficult to put into words how this particular purchase was beyond the scope of so many other lenders. This was not so for Rene. He saw what needed to be done, he let me know early on he could get it done and he did not disappoint. I would greatly recommend Rene's services to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a loan. His experience, his knowledge and his extreme willingness to assist is beyond measure!

Rene made my whole process very clear and easy. He is a great guy. Always happy and will be there when you need him. He actually helped with everything I needed for the house. He has connections to many people. Thanks to him I got a great deal on my inspection and insurance. In addition, he also introduced me to a guy for construction. In one word - EXCELLENT

Great communication, very professional, looked out for my best interest throughout the process of the refinance. Even when obstacles presented themselves there where options Rene Finzi came up with.
