Anna is great! I had a couple of questions so I reached out to her and she was so helpful. She knows her stuff and made it easy for me to understand. I've emailed her a few times now, with more questions that pop up and she's always gotten back to me immediately. She's easy to talk to and very friendly.

I called Ms. Steele to ask her a general question about Conventional and FHA loans. She explained the differences and the perks of each, and also told me what I would need to get pre-approved so that I can buy a condo next summer. Even though it's still a few months off, she's going to run my numbers now so that she can tell me exactly what I can afford and what my monthly payments will be. I'm excited that I can start looking now! She has been a pleasure to work with. My mom is going to call her when she's ready to buy, also.
