Friendly and approachable. Constant communication and a detailed "play by play" of the process along with frequent updates on where we were in getting final approval. Applying for and completing the required items for a home loan can be the most stressful part of buying a new home. Jerry and his team made it as easy and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Jerry Yoder to anyone I know needing this service!

Jerry & his team made getting a loan for our new home so easy! We had clear communication from them about what was needed from us & where we were in the loan process. Our sellers moved out & we were even able to close a week early because the loan was ready. Highly recommend!!
