We had a great experience with John. We had to switch lenders a few weeks after putting an offer on a house (due to our lender being out of state and not being able to complete the loan in Colorado as expected). John did a great job stepping in and making sure everything got completed in time and we closed on the originally scheduled date! He was friendly, personable and answered all of our questions.

Felt like a lot of things fell through and could have been handled differently. I don’t know how the process works but it seemed like several obvious issues should have been caught before being sent to the underwriter.
