The team at Primary Residential went above and beyond my expectations when we bought our house 5 years ago so we decided to have them help us when we refinanced and again they went above and beyond. We are more than happy with their service to us!

Communication was poor. Majority of the time I was calling to get updates. Specifically when the first emails arrived to make an account and upload documents. I was told two days into a 3 day window that they needed to be completed in 24 hours days. Next was the email address to my co-signer was wrong. We all know when a wrong email is sent it gets pinged back to the sender. Lastly having our closing delayed a day, 2 hours before the appointment was frustrating to say the least.

Having an online portal to easily upload documents was great. Jared, John and the team were great to work with and we are super happy with the results. I would strongly recommend them.
