Tom did a phenomenal job at guiding us through the rigors of purchasing our first home. The most impressive thing about Tom was his commitment to communication and honesty. I never felt that I didn't know what was going on, I never felt as Tom wasn't prepared, and all of my questions were answered promptly. I feel that Tom was a family member guiding me through this process and I will request to work with him again when we purchase our next home.
