We never knew how smoothly it would be to buy a home until Tom joined our team. Not only was he patient and very thorough but he was knowledgeable and passionate about helping us in any possible way he could. My husband and I feel very very grateful that he was part of this moment and we can’t describe in words what a great service we had. This was our first time buying a house and we had a ton of questions and needed a bit of guidance along the way. Tom was extremely patient and he helped us even when he wasn’t in the office. Every step of the process was handled professionally. Mr. Selander explained all paperwork and details of what was expected of me as the buyer. The online Framework training Program enhanced my overall knowledge of the homeownership process from every angle, not just from the refinance process. I gained a wealth of knowledge from my experience.
