I had requested options for refinance to a lower interest rate. Dave was able to present a recommendation that lowered the rate and reduced the payment and term of the loan. He kept in close contact during the process with updates on the status during the short period it took to close and was quick to respond to any questions.

My family began the journey of purchasing our first home in 2017. We had a fantastic experience with Paul and his team, getting through the entire process was an easy but fun adventure. The positivity and reassurance was there when there was times of stress and or more needed paperwork. We closed on time with everything we expected and then some. Great experience, great people!

Let me start by saying, there’s nothing easy or straightforward about the mortgage process. If ever there were a process in need of improvement, it’s this one. The underwriter’s going-in assumption is that you are a criminal, out to pull a fast one on them by tricking them into giving you a mortgage loan, with which you will make a bad investment and immediately default on the loan. With that as a starting point, you have to fight to prove your innocence and convince them that you are worthy of a loan. They made me feel like Charles Mansion at a parole hearing. The things they asked for were absurd. My wife and I are a lender’s wet dream. We have excellent credit and a boatload of money in our accounts. Paul and his team saw that coming, and did their best to help us get through it without my wife and I throwing in the towel and living in a cardboard box. I appreciate his patience and understanding.
