Paul and his team, including David who did a lot of the behind the scenes legwork, were a pleasure to work with. having moved from out of state, I was not completely educated on the mortgage process in Idaho, and Paul and David were there every step of the way to make it a seamless process. Communication could not have been better ... always timely, clear, and they told me exactly what they needed from me. Highly recommend, with no reservations.

This was a very pleasant experience. The Loan Officer kept us in the loop and the company as well. The few questions we did have they answered right away.
They provided us with a number of options and explained each one.

Paul was great to work with. He took the time to meet with me and walk me through the process. I was a first time home owner and expecting to only be able to get one type of mortgage. Paul looked at all aspects of my needs and finances and explained all of the types of loans I would qualify for. Overall I was very happy with his help and willingness to take time and answer all of my questions.
