Truthfully, the start of our experience was great. We were confidently told we would have a short close to beat a deadline we were up against. Bobby was in communication with us regularly until things took a turn for the worse 2 days before our first closing date due to your company's mistake. Afterwards, 5 more "promised closing dates" that were blown that caused us $344 and tons of stress. We asked Bobby for info and his communication was piss poor. Asked for his boss to contact us, but hasnt.

Rich provided everything I needed in my desire to purchase a vacation property. Not only did he go above and beyond in clarifying each step of the process and what was unique to a second home vs primary residence, but he advised on several goals I had with this property as well that expanded beyond financing. Rich clearly explained all my Options to find a plan that fit within my budget. I have already recommended Rich to three other associates who are looking into purchasing a home.
