Erica made every effort to get things done throughout the entire loan process, especially when the inevitable hiccups occurred. She is very knowledgeable and never hesitated to go above and beyond to get things done in a timely and professional manner. This is my second loan using Erica and I will be using her for my third when the time comes.

From the time I started to learn about the process of home-buying, Josh was very informative and accommodating. Being at first-time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. I met with him and learned so much about this process the different options that were available. Once I found a home, he made sure I understood everything throughout the process and most importantly he made sure I felt comfortable throughout it all.

Josh was there 24/7 for us from late night emails/texts, to phone calls during the day, he was ALWAYS there! He made sure to answers all of our questions and made us feel knowledgeable with the mortgage process. When talking about finances and money, Josh made us feel comfortable, there was never an awkward moment. We couldn't have asked for things to go smoother!
