Every person on the team I worked with were super helpful. I never had to think about what I needed to do. They were on top of it all and just told me what they needed and made it happen! Marie and Andrea are the best!

Please find a different company. The loan officer was incompetent. After our 13th or 14th closing date, I lost count, we really wanted to pull out, but over 3k was already invested into this purchase and we didn't want to take that loss. We were 1st time home buyers and our loan officer kept saying to us "well you knew" or "well you know". What we know now is it was a huge mistake using this company to do business. I don't believe he read a single contract or addendum. This was the worst experience of our lives, and he never, at least not to us, took accountability for his actions. RUN. Save yourself the misery that we had to endure.

Aaron Matty and the folks at Primary Residential Mortgage made the whole process a little less painful and a lot more enjoyable. Aaron and his staff were always available to answer questions - late nights and weekends included. Buying a house is no simple task but Aaron got us over the hurdles and found us a loan that best fit us and our situation.
