Over all every thing went kinda smooth had a few rough patches. They were taken care of closed on a house in 30days. I'm happy and my kids are happy with it so I cant complain. All my questions were answered and now I'm a home owner

Josh made every single thing about by hole buying experience great. This was my first time buying a home and with that, Josh made sure I knew what I was doing and most importantly that I was comfortable. Josh is a very honest and detailed person, He was available any time I needed him, even with my tough late work schedule. The best thing about the experience is how fun and personable he was. He made it fun to go through the experience and to me that was one of the most important things.
