If I could give 6, 7, 8 + stars on these ratings I would! We had a little bit of a unique situation that we really needed Chad to help us work through. He did that and kept us updated with the progression of our loan the ENTIRE time. We were never left wondering what was going on and he explained everything to us so everything was clear.
