As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process. Jeff answered every one and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I had a complicated situation to get me qualified and Jeff found creative solutions to get me into the home I wanted. He also helped me close the loan earlier because me situation required I move in as soon as possible. I have and will continue to recommend Jeff to my friends and family! I couldn't be more pleased with he and Chad's work!

He was always available. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. Very helpful in all aspects of the process of moving and obtaining a loan for my new home.Jeff always let me know in advance of any documents or information needed. This was my first experience in buying a home on my own as my husband had recently passed away and I was unfamiliar with many things. Jeff was so friendly, helpful,and he really helped this single mom of two make her dreams comes true by becoming a home owner. I honestly never thought it could happen either... He was always available didn't matter if it was late at night or a weekend. He was willing to answer ALL of my frantic emails... Thank you once again.. I am loving my new home still..
