I had intended to write a much more elegant exposition, but quickly discovered a 500 character limit on the post. Here is what I appreciate about Chad in a nut shell:
Chad is honest, patient, respectful, and willing to spare no detail in clearing any ignorance of the home-buying process. He made himself available and easily accessible at almost all times. Chad is diligent; he and his team were expedient in taking care of all work on his end of the purchase. Definite recommendation!

We were so glad our family member told us about Chad and put us in contact with him. He is just awesome to work with and is always available, unlike our previous experience with a large bank mortgage person. Chad is always right there on top of things and gets the job done so much faster than the personal bankers do. Somehow just saying "thank you' isn't enough for the work he did and the time period he got it done in. Thanks Chad, you're the greatest!
