Dolores keeps me informed promptly, takes care of issues promptly, and her experience shines through with ability and willingness to tackle “untraditional” and “challenging” issues. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Dolores constantly made excuses for her lack of ability to do her job. She was extremely argumentative and even yelled at my wife while we were trying to close, which she was 5 hours past our closing time for delivering documents. She lied about never receiving confirmation about our closing date and time. I have a copy of the email that was sent to her from Hakes Brothers with the date and time.
