Thank you for taking time to talk to our sellers. They were very nervous about the whole process. They were happy when they were told there would be an appraisal waiver but were upset when an appraisal was scheduled.

Amy is amazing. She put in so much work to make sure that we were able to purchase this home, overcoming our credit difficulties and coming through with solutions when things looked like they would not work for us. I'll happily recommend Amy and PRMI in the future.
