I've worked with Amy on many complex sales and purchases over the years and she always gets it done, and comes through when things seemed like they could fall apart. She is friendly, diligent, has years of expertise in the field, and is your strongest advocate to get the deal done with the best possible outcome. She is a skilled professional and takes great care of her customers.

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to describing Amy's impeccable service! Right from the start she was extremely enthusiastic about helping my husband and I into our first home. When I had contacted her, I told her we were looking, but most likely not for about 6 months because we were both working on getting our credit fixed (my husband actually didn't have bad credit, he just literally had none at all), and we had a lease with our apartment. Within 2 to 3 emails back and forth, she had convinced us that she could make things move much faster. She gathered all the necessary documents from us, and within a week she had my credit over 100 points higher, and my husbands skyrocketed to above mine! On top of that, she worked great with our real estate agent who helped us in being able to get out of our lease at no cost to us. Once we knew this thing was really moving, we sent her a list of all the houses we were interested in, and within 24 hours she had broken down each property showing us exactly what we would be paying each month for each place, as well as tax credit info on a few of them and clarified what those meant. She was always easy to get in contact with, and because I work nights and sleep during the day, I had told her that e-mail was better for me vs. phone, and she was completely willing to do the majority of our communications that way which really helped me out a lot! Lastly, when it came to closing, I was very adamant about the fact I didn't want to have to pay any closing costs. Now, she obviously didn't have any control as to whether or not the seller would agree to taking care of the closing costs, but she helped a great deal in explaining how you go about requesting that via percentages. She knew what percent we needed vs. our max we could ask for, and because of that we ended up only having to bring $240 to closing. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! All in all, thanks to her dedication and making us feel like we were the only people she was working with at the time, our entire process took less than 2 months. My very first correspondence with Amy was on July 1st, and we closed on our house August 27th. If you're looking to work with someone who's fantastic to work with and amazing at what she does, Amy is for you!

Amy helped me with a very important refinance with my house. She was very responsive to every need that I had. He communication was timely, thorough and is certainly to be commended. I would recommend Amy to any of my family members or friends who are in need of mortgage/loan officer.

Amy was fantastic. We became friends before it was all over with. She keep me informed daily on the progress of my refinance and even when i felt like giving up, she didn't. I truely believe if it hadn't of been for Amy I would not have been approved. She worked so hard for me and made it happen.
