I can't say enough about how easy it was working with Amy, Rozilyn, and her team. They were informative, organized, kind, and most importantly they made a process that is typically scary and confusing feel like it was actually straightforward and easy. A friend recommended Amy and Rozilyn and suggested I might want to give them a try. I was skeptical given that I had done all my previous mortgage needs with a military bank. The military bank has always exceeded my expectations for service and professionalism. Amy and Rozilyn matched if not exceeded those standards. Professional, timely, knowledgable, and eager to help get the deal done. We received final approval weeks ahead of time, in spite of me being self-employed and having a more complicated income stream. They knew how to handle it, and made clear lists of what was expected. Will gladly recommend to anyone in need of financing.

Amy and her team was very knowledgable with everything we needed to have. Anytime something new came up, we were contacted right away. If I ever needed to, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who is looking.

Being in the title business for over 20 years I know plenty of lenders. When I was ready to buy a home again I didn't have to think twice about who to use for my loan. Amy and her team at NFM are nothing short of AMAZING! Amy worked with me for MONTHS getting my credit back where it needed to be, telling me what to do and not to do and we got me to a place where I was ready to buy again. The process can be painful, I've experienced that first hand doing what I do. Not with Amy, she is absolutely the BEST at what she does! I have several friends I have referred to her over the years. When people ask me, "why her?" I simply tell them, "I want your loan to close" There is nobody out there better than Amy. I never thought I would be able to buy a home again.
